QuickBooks Online — How to Enter a Consultant Invoice

Receive the completed PDF from the consultant. Verify hours, totals, and signatures.
In QBO go to Expenses → Bills → New Bill.
Set Vendor = consultant name & company. Set Bill Date and Due Date per invoice.
Set Category = expense account from the QB Expense Account field on the invoice.
Enter Amount = Total Due. Paste the Overall Summary (page 2) into the Memo field.
Attach the PDF to the bill, then save and schedule for payment.
